B'fast:  1 low-carb bar & Coffee.
Lunch: 1 packet of low-carb crisps
Dinner: 2 egg scrambled, 2 chicken & pork sausages, 2 bacon

Low-carb day today, but I have the rest of the evening if I get peckish.

Didn't get to the gym today either. Was sooo tired. Maybe it's because I had so many carbs yesterday. I've been sluggish all day. Yesterday was so bad I have to keep my head down and focus.
