B'fast: 3 egg omelet

lunch: chicken strips with green beans, sweetcorn and turnip greens

Dinner: 4 ribs, 6 chicken wings, 1 packet of low-carb crisps and cream cheese dip. Low-carb ice-cream

Total carbs about 51 

Watching the Superbowl with party food. Everyone else had pizza and I had delicious ribs and wings  

My weigh-in has changed to Wednesday so should be safe by then
