B'fast: low-carb bar & coffee
Lunch: Medley of soups at work: Chicken chili, plain chili followed by a massive piece of cheesecake!
Dinner: 1/2 avocado and grilled chicken in 2 low-carb wraps.

Well, as you can see this week has been a complete disaster

I think I'll write this week off and start fresh tomorrow.
