B'fast: Low-carb bar & Coffee
Lunch: 4 bacon, 2 eggs over medium on 21 low-carb wraps
Dinner: Bowl of chili with grated cheese and side of oyster shells

On the right track for a good week. Felt so full after lunch I didn't eat anything for 7hrs. So that must mean that I should have more egg and bacon for lunch
