B'fast: 2 egg scrambled on 1 low-carb wrap
Snack: 1 low-carb bar
Lunch: Tuna and 1 Tablespoon of mayo on 2 low-carb wraps
Dinner: 3 egg whites and 1 egg yoke mashed with spring onions cucumber, avocado on 2 low-carb wraps
Supper: 2 leftover homemade meatballs

Done so well this week. Well apart from tonight that is :o)

I can't believe how well I have done this week. Maybe it's because last week was so disastrous that my body had had enough of carbs.

For my weigh-in this week lost 1lb

Total carbs for this week has worked out at 280 (last week's carbs was a whopping 441), Average carbs for this week is 40

Ideal week. 40 carbs per day is about right. Yes today was a bit iffy, but that's OK. I'm more than happy with the outcome
