B'fast: coffee - sorry
Lunch: 1 high protein bar
Snack: 1 high protein bar
Dinner: Bowl of broccoli cheddar soup and grilled chicken salad with bacon bits
Todays carbs around 48
As you can see, I didn't plan my day very well. I rummaged around in the car and found my high protein bars, but didn't get time for lunch.
Just looked back over my Daily Logs and today is the highest carb day I've had so far.
I've been good all week so if the scales are not playing the game on Wednesday, I will be one unhappy bunny
