B'fast: coffee. :( Snack: 1packet of low-carb crisps/potato chips Lunch: burger King grilled chicken with half the bun & 1 small diet coke Snack: 1 pocket of low-carb crisps/potatoe chips & 2 cups of cheddar popcorn Dinner: mixed salad bar with creamed cauliflower, roasted butternut squash and 3 onion rings and a gallon of water Total carbs for today about 53 www.karenscckitchen.com Travelling days are never good but I think I managed to keep it at bay for today. I don't like to drink when we drive long distances. Talk about mega thirsty at dinner. Who knows what tomorrow will bring.... I'm sorry but I can't update my Website. It doesn't seem to like mobile devices? Not that you've been waiting with bated breath for my Daily Log but i will try to update it tomorrow. In the meantime...be good, be wise and be happy. If you can't do all three, one will do ;-)
