will be back from holiday tomorrow and will update my website. That's going to be fun!!!
B'fast: 2 eggs and ham
Snack: 1 packet of low carb crisps/potato chips
Lunch: 1/4 of my husband's Snickers bar and Doritos
Dinner: Spanakopita pie and the biggest portion of chips you ever saw :))

Yep... I screwed up at dinner. Arrived in Chattenooga and we'd travelled 10 plus hours and just over half way home. Checked in to our overnight stay hotel and went straight to eat.
The first place on our navigation system was called the "pork Chop Bar & Grill" it sounded OK so off we went...but we walked in and the smell was like urine and tobacco and beer all rolled into one. Fortunately, our son was with us and they said he was too young.....phew...how lucky was that!!!!
I don't think it was a restaurant ;-)
So, off a hunting for somewhere to eat and ended up at a Greek restaurant. The menu was so good I just thought...."I'm sick and tired of thinking about low-carb, so just go for it and have it all". So I did ;)
My stomache is now so full my midriff is bloated to swollen :-)) hmmmmmm
Spanakopita. Spinach and feta cheese pie with filo pastry was delish and the chips too :-)
So, tomorrow is the start of a sensible full on low carb week. Watch this space
