B'fast: 1 Low-carb bar & coffee
Snack: 1 packet of low-carb crisps
Lunch: 6oz roast chicken, salad leaves & 2 low-carb wraps.
Snack: 1 packet of low-carb crisps
Dinner: Bowl of chili with grated cheese and 1oz chopped onions

Each day is becoming easier. I just have to detox from my holiday but it's taking longer than anticipated

Didn't get to any gyms today. Not even the toning tables. I will be there tomorrow though, I promise

I expect you already know that I'm not going to lose the two pounds that I put on last week on my holiday for tomorrow's weigh-in :o(

I will stay positive and just say.....
