Daily Log - Sunday 4th March 2012


B'fast: Low-carb bar & coffee

Lunch: Small side salad with blue cheese dressing. Grilled chicken tenders with green beans and sweetcorn

Dinner: Leftover rump roast on 4 slices of low-carb bread 

Total carbs about 40  www.karenscckitchen.com

Relatively good day today, although I think the grilled chicken lunch would have been enough. I could have done without the salad with blue cheese dressing but that was only about 4 carbs.
