Well...my website has failed again. Can't change anything to ight!!! So, it's Facebook and Blogger me thinks!! B'fast: 2 eggs and ham Lunch: 1 packet of low carb crisps/potato chips Snack: 2 cups of popcorn and 1 packet of low carb crisps/potato chips Dinner: grilled chicken and Greek salad & 1 glass of red Total carbs for today around 45. www.karenscckitchen.com Great day in the sun but have to try and do without the second packet of crisps that I've managed to down for my snack :-( I was Sooo hungry earlier. Just fancied fish & chips but managed to turn it into a salad with grilled chicken :o) Another few days left and then it's back to reality. I noticed the restaurant has a fab sweet trolley full of rich chocolate cakes, .cheesecakes galore and lemon meringue pies! OMG!!! I'm OK, I'm OK......we've left the restaurant and now back on safe territory at the hotel, but you know whats going to happen don't you? I'm going to have one of those bloody cakes before the week's out!!!
