B'fast: Low-carb bar & Coffee
Snack: Another low-carb bar & coffee
Lunch: Bowl of broccoli & cheese soup
Snack: 1 packet of low-carb crisps/potato chips
Dinner: Endives with olive oil, parmesan & black pepper, avocado, chicken wings and 2 low-carb wraps

Total carbs for today around 42

Keeping it up for the second week. I must admit, I fancy a piece of chocolate 
Phere's nothing wrong with having chocolate now and again as long as its high cocoa chocolate. It seems that if it's high cocoa chocolate it's lower in carbs, so hey ho. I may take a trip to the chocolate drawer in the freezer and take my pickings. Think I've said the word chocolate enough times? Then I definitely deserve some. I will put it on to tomorrow 'IF' I have some
