B'fast: 1 low-carb bar & coffee.
Lunch: Chicken and mayo on 1 low carb wrap.
Snack: 1 high protein bar
Dinner: 1 large chicken breast and small mixed salad with 2 low-carb wraps

Having a great weeK. Sooo looking forward to Wednesday's weigh-in

No hunger pangs no tiredness no nibbling at chocolate. I don't know what's come over me!

1 more thing to do before my book is publish....I have to have a photograph taken for the front cover   I hate having my photo taken
