B'fast: Low-carb bar & Coffee
Lunch: Burger king swiss cheese and mushroom burger with half the bun and 3 lousy chips from my son's plate!

I think I'll have the chocolate tonight. I've been talking about it for a couple of days now and it's still in the freezer. It's there to be eaten so why not :o)
