B'fast: 1 low-carb bar & Coffee
Lunch: Missed it....sorry :o)
Snack: 1 low carb bar
Dinner: Homemade low-carb pizza with pepperoni and bacon with 2 glasses of red
Todays carb total about 20
Very low-carb day today. Still, that means I can have some chocolate later....if the situation should take a turn for the worse.
Only managed the toning tables today. Must try to get back into the swing of things and do some cardio.
