B'fast: 2 eggs scrambled and 1 sausage pat tie with 1/2 small pancake
Snack: 1 packet of low carb crisps/potato chips
Lunch: 1 Starbucks very cherry cake and a decaf coffee Mmmmm
Dinner: Roasted chicken breast with mixed salad followed by cheese and crackers

Total carbs for today around 59
Did I say today was going to be a full on low carb day?
If I did then I must apologize. I meant tomorrow 
So today we traveled about 6hrs back home via Starbucks (as you probably noticed) and then it was all systems go when we got back with dealing with the mail, washing clothes, shopping for food, shopping for spring flowers and cooking dinner. So, yes, I meant tomorrow will be my first official low-carb day
