B'fast: Small bowl of oatmeal and 1/2 banana Snack: 3oz mixed nuts Lunch: 2cups popcorn Snack: 6 Doritos and 1 shortcake cookie Dinner: Greek salad and gyro/Donna meat Todays carb total about 60 Sorry I haven't been able to update my Daily Log for the last 2 days. I've managed to get into one block but can't add any previous logs.  It was the oatmeal for breakfast that racked up the carbs for today. Even so, I think the fiber is high which hopefully will show next week when I get home to weigh myself. Yes, I didn't bring my scales with me and definitely NOT standing on any scales in the local supermarket  Still waiting for the photo to arrive for the  front cover of my book then it's back to the publishers for completion.....I hope  Don't know about you but I'm getting tired of waiting  Don't forget, when my cook book comes out you will be able to buy it on Kindle, Nook or Book    Look on my Home Page and please 'Tweet' or 'Share' me with your friends and if you have any questions or recipe requests click Contact Us in my Home page.
