B'fast: Low-Carb bar
Lunch: Leftover Creole rubbed pork on 2 low carb wraps
Dinner: Mixed salad with goats cheese, cranberries and almond slices with 2 diet pepsis

Oh so good today. Getting back into the swing of things. I am doing this earlier than normal because there is a big storm on it's way and I can't get used to the American storms!!! Soooo loud!

Went to toning tables today but still not got to cardio. That's about 3 weeks since I did the treadmill.

I don't understand it. I was loving it and all of a sudden I got busy then I went on holiday and now I can't make myself walk in the bloody door

Maybe a psychologist can answer that one
