B'fast: 2 eggs scrambled. Snack: 1 low-carb bar
Lunch: Leftover creole rubbed pork on 1 low-carb flatbread
Dinner: 2 pork chops with broccoli and green beans with ham and 1/2 biscuit/savoury scone

Steaming through the weekend! Spent most of the day in the garden cutting back shrubs and mulching.

I was using the old fashioned privet hedge cutter and I now have biceps like Popeye. And they throb like mad and it's taking all my strength to type this message

Todays exercise has been dealt with in the garden so I don't feel too bad about not doing cardio this week. We started around 10am and didn't finish until 4pm.

One word....Knackered! I think a painkiller is on the books :)
