B'fast: 2 egg scrambled & coffee
Lunch: Chicken-bacon and mushrooms on 1 low-carb wrap
Snack: 1 packet of low-carb crisps/potato chips
Dinner: Mixed salad topped with goats cheese, sliced almonds and a few dried cranberries with 2 low-carb wraps.

Seem to be on the straight and narrow for the last day or two and I did NOT have the chocolate last night :o)
I think I'll bank that one for the weekend.....Oh,... it's the weekend already ;o}
