B'fast: Low-carb bar & coffee
Lunch: Leftover chicken & onions on 1 low-carb wrap
Snack: 1 packet of low-carb crisps/potato chips
Dinner: Grilled chicken strips with roasted onions, 1/2 roasted tomatoe and mixed endive salad with 1/2 avocado & 1 low-carb wrap

Todays carbs around 46

Steaming through this week. 2 more days for the photograph for my cook book then it's time for the chocolate frenzy
