B'fast: 1 protein bar & coffee
Snack: 3oz tuna and mayo
Lunch: 8oz pulled chicken with bbq sauce and 1 low-carb wrap
Dinner: Low-Carb chicken parmesan with mixed salad and 2 low-carb wraps
Snack: 1 square of high cocoa chocolate

Total carbs for today around 41
It's getting better. I managed to keep my low-carb eating to a reasonable number today.
I only went to the toning tables today and I am working tomorrow so I may not get time to go. 

I'm NOT an evening gym person, but if all else fails I will just do another session at the toning tables. At least it's something 
I do actually miss the treadmill cinema. I will endeavor to go Wednesday 
To add a little stress to the week: I've got 2 days to lose the couple of pounds that I put on in Florida....what do you think?
