B'fast: 1 low-carb & coffee 
Snack: 1 low-carb bar
Lunch: Leftover pulled chicken and lettuce on 1 low-carb wrap
Dinner: Creole rubbed pork joint with sweet potatoes & roasted sweet peppers. 1/2 cup of fruit smoothy.

Total carbs for today around 39

Dinner was great....for me at least. Apparently, I put too much Creole rub over the joint and everyone complained it was burning their lips as well as their mouths. I thought it just tingled a little.
Strange really because I can't eat English mustard because it's too hot. It like blows my sinuses to smithereens, but I can eat curries and spicy rubs and sauces.

I also did a shop today and had a little time to walk rather than rush through the isles and passed the veggie/fruit smoothies fridge so I bought 3 different types and we all tried them after dinner.
Each one was disgusting when drank by itself, but my son mixed them all together to try (like teenagers do) so I thought I'd try it too and they tasted great!

Problem is it's 25 carbs for 1 cup!

Hmmmm have to be careful with that one. I think I may just stick to my mega multi-vitamin tablets 

Anyway, I detract from the subject at hand.

Good kind of day. Not too hungry during the day but was starving by dinner
