B'fast: 1 low-carb & coffee.  Snack: 1 egg souffle
Lunch: 1 low-carb bar.  Snack: 1 low-carb bar
Dinner: Pulled chicken & mixed salad on 2 low-carb flatbreads

Didn't have a very good organized day. Yes, I had plenty of snacks in the car but that's most of what I ate today.

Two weeks have gone by since I last weighed myself. That's because I was on holiday last week and thought it better not to bother weighing until this week.

My holiday week was spent putting weight on....4lb to be exact

For my weigh-in though I have only gained 1lb

Total carbs for the last two weeks has worked out at 733

Average carbs per week is 366

Average carbs for the 14 days is 52 carbs per day.

I knew I ate too many cakes last week when I was away. I promise next week will be brilliant. No holidays and hardly any chocolate
