B'fast: Low-carb bar & Coffee

Lunch: Sausages on 1 low-carb wrap
Snack: 3 low-carb biscottis
Dinner: Homemade Honey Glazed Lamb with french green beans, sweetcorn and spinach

Total carbs for today around 46

Had a spate on in the kitchen today. 1. I cleaned it :o) and then 2. I thought of making my leg of lamb. 

Found honey in the cupboard and went from there. It was delish !
