Tried changing my Daily Log again but only managed to change the date. Sorry. It's all o Facebook, Tumblr or Blogger B'fast: 2 eggs and ham Lunch: 2 cups of popcorn Snack: 1 packet of low-carb crisps/potato chips Dinner: Small salad, chicken parmegiano with minced beef and tomato sauce topped with cheese, 1 garlic breadstick ending with 1/3 lemon meringue pie Total carbs for today about 70 www.karenscckitchen.com Was doing great until the waitress brought breadsticks to the bloody table. So, there I was watching these freshly baked garlic breadsticks being devoured..... The kind that are Sooo soft and garlicky and hot out of the oven. Anyway just couldn't say no. After that, I got the taste for a few more carbs so I shared the dessert with my son and as he has a bigger mouth than mine he managed to eat most of it :-) So after a good morning and afternoon there was a blip in the system, but I sometimes say...."If you can't beat em, join em" :-)
