This is my second good week.
For my weigh-in this week I have lost 1lb
Total carbs for this week has worked out at 255
Average carbs for this week is 36 carbs per day.
What a fab week. Things are getting under control and I'm feeling a lot happier.
As for the gym.....well, I have been to the toning tables 3 times this week but done absolutely no cardio workouts. Strange really, because when I do cardio it makes no difference in my weight loss.
I know that it is keeping me healthy though, so I should start going again.
I promised myself lots of chocolate this weekend, which considering I have done so well I will 'snarf' every bar and not feel too bad. Got the word 'snarf' from one of my fans
Bought some new clothes and I fitted in a smaller size than my last visit to the store
2 weeks to my next measure...can't wait !
I can't get too confident about it all because I have another 20lb before I am officially out of the 'obesity' range....OMG.....How did I get myself into this mess!
