B'fast: 1 low carb bar
Lunch: 1 piece of leftover chicken in marinara sauce,
Dinner: Large bowl of mixed veg, creamed spinach & 2oz sweet potato chips/crisps
Snack: 2 cubes of high cocoa chocolate
Total carbs for today around 43
Anoher busy day but fortunately, I had the right food in so I didn't go crazy with the contents of the fridge.
