B'fast: Coffee
Lunch: Pulled pork in bbq sauce
Snack: Cheese and cucumber on 1 low-carb wrap
Dinner: Tuna with salad and avocado

Had another messy day. Busy with work in the morning and didn't have any low-carb snacks in so I just had coffee to fill me up. All because it is my weigh-in on Wednesday

I honesty think last week's weigh-in was a mistake! I keep standing on the scales but it doesn't change numbers!

This week has been relatively good too so I am wondering why I haven't lost more

As you can see I'm not feeling very happy today. Wednesday will not just be weigh-in, it will be measuring day as well.

I did go to both gyms today. lots of weights at one and toning tables at the other. And no, I didn't do cardio  ;o}
