B'fast: 1 egg & 2 egg white scrambled with 1 low-carb wrap
Snack: 1 low-carb bar
Lunch: Pulled chicken in bbq sauce and 1 low-carb wrap
Snack: 1 low-carb bar
Dinner: Low-carb spaghetti bolognese, low-carb garlic bread and mozzarella with red roasted peppers

Trying to be good is sooo difficult, especially when there is still chocolate in the house. I've managed to stay off the normal chocolate and instead had my low-carb chocolate bars and it is working at the moment.

Just got to keep going for tomorrow's weigh-in.

Again, it's my weigh-in day tomorrow and I'm not quite sure if the scales will go one way or the other
