B'fast: 1 low carb bar
Lunch: pulled pork on 1 low-carb wrap
Snack: 1 packet of low carb crisps/potato chips
Dinner: Spinach and artichoke dip with a few dipping crisps/chips and a bowl of chili

Total carbs for today around 46

Having one of those feeling very bloated type of days. Maybe it was because I had too many low-carb chocolate bars yesterday. Not good when you have too many....nuff said.... 

Went to the gym this morning and did 2 miles on the treadmill followed by 45 minutes at the toning tables.

Got to keep going. I'm on countdown to my holiday....how scary is that
