Happy Friday 13th - Lucky For Some !
B'fast: Oooops ...Forgot
Snack: Roast beef with cream cheese and cucumber on 1 low-carb wrap
Lunch: roast beef and sliced tomato on 1 low-carb wrap
Dinner: Homemade lamb cheeseburgers with a few sweet potato steak fries, mixed salad and 2 low-carb wraps followed by 3oz total of blueberries,raspberries, black grapes with 1 tablespoon of organic greek yoghurt and all rinsed down with 2 glasses of red :o)
Total carbs for today around 68 www.karenscckitchen.com
Dinner was great....I am now on my 3rd glass of wine so I should be fast asleep within the next half hour...that's how red wine gets me
Carbs are a little on the high side but I've noticed it happens about one day per week, so let's just say that "today is the day"
No chocolate as yet though so there's a good sign.
