B'fast: 1 low-carb & coffee
Lunch: Pulled chicken in bbq sauce on 1 low-carb wrap
Snack: 4oz chicken and mayo
Dinner: Turkey meatballs with caramelized onions on a bed of spinach

What a week......Hmmmm....I seem to say that every week

The last few days have been really quite stressful with Easter and chocolatteee. There I go again. I don't think a week's gone by without me mentioning chocolattteee.

I need to bring more attitude into my life, strut my stuff and be more haute. Maybe that will get me to do some cardio ;o}

For my weigh-in this week I have lost 1 1/2lb
Total carbs for this week has worked out at 351
Average carbs for the week is 50 carbs per day.

Losing weight this week has surprised me! Especially after my chocolate extravaganza over Easter.

Only went to the toning tables 3 times over the last week and I'm ashamed to say that I still haven't done any cardio workouts! What a whimp!

I haven't had time to measure myself this week so I will leave it until the end of this month
