Happy Easter ! 

B'fast: 3 egg scrambled with 1 low-carb wrap & coffee
Lunch: 2 Light cheese triangles on 1 low-carb wrap
Dinner: Bowl of tomato & basil soup
Snack: 2 chocolate maltesers and 1 peanut butter cup
Snack: 4oz of tomorrow's pulled pork in bbq sauce

I should have had more at dinner, but I wasn't all that hungry. At 9.30pm I found myself in the fridge twiddling my thumbs and opened tomorrow's lunch. Oh well. At least it was only around 10 carbs.

Bought lots of chocolate for the weekend though! Will be doing a small Easter Egg hunt in the garden with the kids from the street. I do it every year no matter where I am. And if they don't find it all, I usually find it later in the day :o)

My son is saying he is too old for that kind of thing now and I should just give him the chocolate. I say: "If you want chocolate then you will have to go find it in the garden"

Am I a cool mum or what !

Yes, I had a couple of small maltesers while packaging up the chocolate but that'll part of the fun of Easter.
