Lunch: 1 high protein bar
Snack: 1 packet of low-carb crisps
Dinner: Homemade bowl of chili with sour cream, 1 diet pepsi
Snack: 1 low-carb chocolate and peanut bar

Apart from breakfast, I had a good planned low-carb day. I have to turn vigilante with myself from now on because I have about 6 weeks to my holiday. I will make a list to remind me of my "To Do" items for the next few weeks.....
1. Got to do more sit-ups :o(
2. Must do more cardio :o(
3. Must spend more time at toning tables :o)
