Where is this?


B'fast. High protein bar
Lunch: Cheese & broccoli soup
Dinner: Cheese and crackers
Snack: 4 pieces of high cocoa chocolate

Total carbs for today around 50

Yep...50 carbs. Not the best 3 days of the week. Now I have Monday and Tuesday to make up, 'man up' (as my niece says) and get my ass into gear.

My weigh-in is on Wednesday and it aint looking good
