B'fast: 1 low carb bar
Lunch: Chicken and mayo
Dinner: Bowl of cheese & broccoli soup
Snack: 3 cubes of high cocoa chocolate

Total carbs for today around 28

Pretty mundane eating plan today apart from the chocolate. Chocolate always makes my day 

I'm trying to target around 270 carbs this week. I have 5 more days to my weigh-in. Hmmmmm.....I wonder if I will manage it. 

I suppose I will have to watch the chocolate although, surprisingly it's only 11 carbs for half a bar. 

KARRABUNGA!!....Is that all??? I think I'll go and snarf some more 

I never used to be a chocolate person. Only ate it at Christmas time, Easter, Birthdays, but now I am quite partial to a nightly nibble
