What a mess of a day. No low-carb bread left and I went to the shop to buy some and got everything else that was on the list in my brain but forgot the low-carb bread! What !???

Well, I suppose I should have a low low-carb day today anyway. My weigh-in is on Wednesday so only another day of low-carbing.
I wonder what culinary delights await me tomorrow....Hope it's better than today
