B'fast: 1 high protein bar
Lunch: Cheese & broccoli soup
Dinner: Chinese: Mongolian beef with begins and tablespoons of fried rice

Here we go again. Around 68 carbs for both Friday and Saturday

Saturday and Sunday carbs last week added up to 139 carbs. Friday and Saturday carbs add up to 136. I must stay focussed and become at one with the world and my body. If I don't then I'm not going to lose any weight for my holiday

Ohhhh....soo frustrating...
