B'fast: 3 egg scrambled with grated cheese on 1 low-carb wrap.
Snack: 1 low-carb bar.
Lunch: leftover pork on 1 low-carb wrap.
Dinner: BBQ''s ribs, salad & 2 low-carb wraps.
Snack: 1 cube of high cocoa chocolate

Total carbs for today

Do you think I had too many wraps today? Hmmmm? Although I had 4 wraps AND a piece of chocolate, I still only had 41 carbs for the day. 

I know I know, I'm trying to justify my having too many wraps AND chocolate. 

For a few nights now my evenings have been cloaked in night time chocky's Well....it's not like I'm trying to hide it or anything :o)

It's my weigh-in day tomorrow and I have probably messed up, but I am feeling confident that I haven't gained. That is important
