Working late. Just got back but don't want to be late with my Daily Log!....

B'fast: 1 high protein bar & coffee
Lunch: 2 giant meatballs, marinara sauce & 1 low carb wrap
Snack: 1 low-carb bar
Dinner: 3 giant meatballs, marinara sauce (at 10pm)

Total carbs for today around 30

Well, today has been challenging. Have been hungry ALL DAY!!! The only reason I had a good carb day is because I had the bars in the car, I had the meatballs ready in the fridge and I've been stuck in an office! 

Otherwise, and I mean this sincerely folks, it would have been a giant sized pizza!!! Ooooo pizzaaaa....

Glad I got that off my chest :o)
