B'fast: Egg white omelet with turkey and spinach and 1/2 crumpet
Lunch: Forgot  
Snack: Nothing
Dinner: Chicken with mushroom and marinara sauce, oat bran spaghetti and 2 homemade crustinis

Total carbs for today around 36


Great day today. I honestly was far too busy to think about food today. I must keep an eye on that because I end up being so hungry I eat like I'v never been fed ! Mixed week but looking back it wasn't a complete disaster 

For my weigh-in this week I have lost 1lb 

Total carbs for this week has worked out at 306

Average carbs for the week is 47 carbs per day.

Didn't expect to lose anything this week because I had a couple of bad days. It must have been the gym visits.

Went to cardio twice this week to the toning tables 3 times over Yes, the cardio is creeping in once more. I am kind of looking forward to going tomorrow......or the day after 

My measuring day will be end of next month. I have to keep focussed now as it is countdown to my holiday. Just over 5 weeks to go 

What???? 

One minute I have 3 months to go and now it is only 5 darn weeks! OOOOMMMGGGGGGG !!!
