B'fast: Coffee :o)
Lunch: Bowl of broccoli cheese soup
Dinner: 1 scone
Snack: 1 Burger Kind original chicken sandwich 

Total carbs for today around 78

There goes Saturday night....again 

So far I've had 150 carbs this week. That's not bad but have to be careful this week. I need to lose something this week. I

 am still feeling bloated and my ankles are swelled so I am guessing somethings up and that's why I didn't lose anything on Wednesday's weigh-in. 

Come to think of it, I haven't drank that much water lately....I'm usually quite good at drinking lots of water. It's really difficult sometimes remembering everything your supposed to do on a low-carb eating plan. 

I'll go and have a pint after this......No.... not wine or beer
