B'fast: Nothing but Coffee
Snack: Nothing but coffee
Lunch: Nothing but coffee
Snack: 1 low-carb bar
Dinner: Browned chicken with mushrooms, caramelized onions & a knob of melted cream cheese

Total carbs for today 
around 20

Low-carb day today. I think I had too much of the bbq'd sauce yesterday. Couldn't face anything until late afternoon. I know I shouldn't do that but people with eating disorders like me do 

Weigh-in tomorrow. Not feeling too good about it. I said I would be vigilant this week and I think maybe I was a little lax on the odd occasion like Saturday and Sunday  

The scales are not being very good either
