B'fast: 1 low-carb & coffee.
Snack: 1 packet of low-carb crisps and 1 high protein bar.
Lunch: slices of pork, 1 tablespoon of mayo on 1 low-carb wrap.
Snack: 1 low-carb bar.
Dinner: Cup of broccoli cheese soup and caesar salad without croutons.
Snack: 1 packet of low-carb crisps

Talk about hunger pangs! What a day!

I managed to stay with the low-carb snacks today but I would rather have had a bar of chocolate. In fact, I think if I'd have just had the bar of chocolate I wouldn't have been so hungry.....does that make any sense?

For my weigh-in though I have stayed the same

Total carbs for this week has worked out at 284

Average carbs for the week is 41 carbs per day.

The numbers aren't all that bad but with the holiday cakes still in my system I think my body is hanging on to the leftovers as long as it can.

I know next week will be a good week - If I could just stay off the chocolate
