ooooo Breakfast for dinner!!!


B'fast: 2 egg and 1 egg white
Lunch: 1 high protein bar
Dinner: Breakfast for dinner: Bacon, sausage, egg and tomatoes with 2 low-carb wraps

Total carbs for today 
around 31

Another relatively low-carb day. My weigh-in is tomorrow and just once I would like the scales to tip in my favor 

Is it just me that stands on the scales every morning or am I not alone?
