Now on with my Daily Log...

B'fast: 1 low carb bar  & coffee
Lunch: Leftover roast beef on 2 low-carb wraps
Dinner: Bowl of broccoli cheddar soup

Total carbs for today around 26  www.karenscckitchen.com

Although I ate 3 times today, I was hungry in between and not organized enough to have my low-carb or high protein snacks with me. There we go again...a lot of it boils down to organization. The good thing is though: I didn't eat any crap in-between.
