B'fast: Coffee
Lunch: 2 egg & 2 bacon
Snack: 1 high protein bar
Dinner: Slow cooked pork loin chops with buttery mashed cauliflower

Slow cooked chops were delish. I managed to organise myself and get them in the crock pot first thing this morning with mixed veg to flavour the juices and it all worked perfectly.
I feel like I'v eaten too much today, although I have kept within the my carb count.
I am sorry to say the scales and not in a very good mood this week. Hope they 'lighten up' for Sunday!
