DAILY LOG New Year’s Day 2012
B’fast: coffee
Brunch: 3 egg omelet with bacon
New Year’s Day Dinner
Main course: Crabbe’s Rosemary Infused Lamb, roast sweet potatoes, broccoli, carrots, stuffing and gravy
Pudding: Triple layer chocolate cake with cream
Supper: Triple layer chocolate cake with cream!
Total carbs about 110 !!!
Happy New Year. What more can I say…..Ooops! Yes, well……it was delicious!
For my weigh-in this week I have gained 2lb
Are we really surprised? Had a Christmassy, touristy, New Years Day’y kind of week and piled on the weight.
Carbs for this week has worked out at 423, which is averaging 61 carbs per day. I absolutely deserve it and I know tomorrow will be the start of my low carb eating regime for 2012.
I also intend to do cardio from 3rd Jan, so it should start to come off quickly
