DAILY LOG Sat 14th Jan 2012

B'fast: 2 eggs omelet.

Lunch: Cup of tomato soup and caesar salad without croutons.

Snack: 1/3 cinnamon muffin

Dinner: Homemade cream of broccoli soup and turkey meatballs 

in marinara sauce with 2 low carb wraps

Todays carbs around 68


Ouch !! 68 carbs = too much !! And to tell you the truth, the cup 

of tomato soup would have been enough, but it was a combo. 

Does that mean I had to eat it? No.....but I did

It's weigh in tomorrow and it doesn't look like I've lost any
weight!
